Desloratadine is a long-acting, non-sedating second-generation antihistamine. It acts as a highly selective, potent inverse agonist at peripheral H1 receptors. By locking the receptor in its inactive state, it blocks histamine activation to relieve allergy symptoms.

Montelukast is a selective leukotriene receptor antagonist (LTRA). It binds to CysLT1 receptors, blocking the actions of cysteinyl leukotrienes (LTC4, LTD4, LTE4). This inhibits airway edema, smooth muscle contraction, and inflammation to manage asthma and allergies.

Clotrimazole is an antifungal that disrupts fungal cell membranes. It inhibits the enzyme 14-alpha-demethylase, stopping the conversion of lanosterol to ergosterol. This depletes ergosterol, increases membrane permeability, causes vital nutrients to leak, and kills the fungus.
